Friends4 Jen committee members are currently accepting donations to be used as raffle prizes and silent
auction items. We are in need of vacation packages, skilled trade work, service donations, gift certificates,
electronics, liquor, appliances, and re-gifting for a good cause, any and all donations will be
greatly appreciated.
Beverage Donation Form
$65.00 per Keg- we will post a Thank You sign at the benefit listing all sponsors.
T-Shirt Sponsorship Form
Advertising on these items can be written off as a tax deduction for businesses. A spot on the back
of the T-shirt is $150.00 and may include your business name, logo, phone #, etc... Anyone
can buy a spot. Sponsorship for the tees is $2,000.00-2,500.00, if you sponsor our shirts we
will put your logo, etc.. on the sleeve.

Grand Raffle Tickets Unfortunately due to the current economy , we were not able to meet our sales goals,
and the Friends4Jen Committee has regrettably voted to cancel the Grand Raffle.
We decided that our efforts could be better spent in other areas. We give our Deepest Thanks
to those who worked so hard to sell the tickets that were sold, we will be returning all funds
used to purchase these tickets.
